About Jacob

Jacob Michael Keller is a family entertainment director and writer based in Los Angeles. Jacob’s love of storytelling, and passion for creating family content, stems from his experience directing youth musical theater. After studying in the film directing program at CSU Sacramento, he moved to Los Angeles, where he’s worked on many major film and television shows, such as San Andreas, Guardians of the Galaxy, Grace and Frankie, and Superstore. 


Jacob’s directing portfolio includes over a dozen award winning short films, including SUPER, which won the New Filmmakers Festival, and The Lamp, which premiered in the Chicago Indie Film Awards of 2020. Most recently he wrote a Tubi Original feature film, A Chance For Christmas, now streaming on Tubi and Hulu.
